Ben Petro – President and Chief Executive Officer
Ben Petro joined Teneros from NeuStar, Inc. (NYSE: NSR), where he was appointed SVP for Ultra Services, following NeuStar’s acquisition of UltraDNS Corporation in April 2006. Ben Petro had been President and CEO of UltraDNS since 2001. He is a proven leader who has earned his outstanding reputation by repeatedly creating sustained value in a number of high-growth businesses. He grew UltraDNS into a profitable, high-growth company that provided infrastructure solutions to over 20% of the Internet and thousands of global enterprises. Prior to joining UltraDNS, Ben Petro was Vice President of Marketing at Edge Connections, where he was responsible for creating and implementing its national brand and deploying a strategy for its servic offering. He was responsible for forging key strategic alliances necessary for the company's subsequent long-term growth. As Director of Marketing for Logix Communications, Ben Petro successfully launched the Company's CLEC/broadband services in over 20 markets. He also held highly successful leadership positions in marketing and strategy at MCI Communications and communications consulting firm QSI.
Robert Cariddi – Vice President, Channel Sales
Robert Cariddi joined Teneros with 20 years of senior management experience in enterprise networking and security solution sales and operations. Robert has a successful track record of rapidly increasing companies' revenues and building strong, scalable, international channel networks for both high-growth, early-stage and established companies. As Vice President of Sales, Robert Cariddi is responsible for managing Teneros global sales and channel support organizations. Prior to joining Teneros, Robert Cariddi served as Vice President of Sales for Bluesocket, a wireless LAN security and management company; Vice President of Sales and Service for netForensics, a security enterprise remote monitoring software and appliance company, where he led the company to record growth and a market leadership position. Prior to netForensics, Robert Cariddi held executive sales positions with industry leaders including SynOptics Communications, Lucent Technologies, and Netscout Systems. Robert Cariddi holds an AB degree from Rutgers College.
Linda Cadogan – Vice President, Finance
Linda Cadogan has extensive public and private company experience, in both rapid growth entrepreneurial and large corporate environments. Linda came to Teneros from Tavant Technologies, Inc., an enterprise software and services corporation with operations in the US and Bangalore, India where she was Director/CFO. Prior to that Linda Cadogan worked at Philips Electronics and DRS Technology implementing ERP systems and performing ISO certification for high-tech manufacturing environments. Linda Cadogan gained public accounting experience at Arthur Andersen and she has been instrumental in the implementation of ISO 9000, COSO, and internal control compliance for Sarbanes/Oxley. She has a BS in Accounting from the University of Detroit, Detroit, Michigan.
Jon Ferrell – Vice President, Direct Sales
Jon Ferrell joined Teneros from Neustar, Inc. (NYSE: NSR) where he was Vice President of Sales for the company’s Ultra Services Division, formed by the acquisition of UltraDNS in 2006. At UltraDNS, Jon was engaged in 2001 as a Senior Account Executive at the Company's Sales Office in California. In 2003, he moved to Reston Virginia to establish the East Coast Sales Office and, as a consequence of the impressive results he achieved, was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2005. Jon went on to develop the Company's Mid-West sales presence in Chicago and the UK Sales Office serving the European Market. Jon and his team established UltraDNS as the pre-eminent DNS services provider in a number of major customer verticals. Prior to joining UltraDNS, Jon was a Syndicate Coordinator at Merrill Lynch where he managed over $750 million in client assets. As Syndicate Coordinator, Jon was responsible for the distribution of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and secondary offerings. Jon took his undergraduate studies in Business at the Marshall School of Business at the University Of Southern California (USC).
Patrick Kearns – General Manager and Vice President of Corporate Development
Patrick Kearns comes to Teneros with 25 years experience in sales, channel management and business development. He joined Teneros from Lucent Technologies where he was Director of Channel Sales International Network Services, hiring and leading a team of channel sales managers to drive the company’s global partners and alliances. Prior to that, Patrick led international business development and sales teams for Synch Research, Motorola, and Fujitsu. Patrick Kearns holds a BA in American Studies from the University of California and he is quadrilingual.
David Novosad – Vice President, Business Operations
David Novosad came to Teneros from Neustar, Inc. (NYSE: NSR) where he was Vice President of Ultra Services, a division created by the acquisition of UltraDNS Corporation by Neustar in 2006. Serving as General Manager and Vice President, Operations at UltraDNS, David was imperative in defining the direction of the Corporation. Through numerous executive positions within UltraDNS Corporation, he was instrumental in product initiatives, strategic relations, corporate operations, global expansion, and launching of UltraDNS' East Coast office. Before joining UltraDNS, he held senior positions with several high-tech firms including Edge Connections and Logix Communications. At Edge Connections, he was responsible for the corporation’s financial plan and market strategy, as well as tracking company performance to a number of high-growth metrics. He gained significant experience in the telephony space at Logix Communications where he was responsible for revenue assurance, telephony services, and financial planning for product and business initiatives. David holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University where he graduated with the highest honors.
Andréa Skov – Vice President, Worldwide Marketing
Andréa Skov was formerly the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for All Covered, the leading outsourced IT service company in the small and medium business arena in the United States. Prior to All Covered, Andréa Skov was Co-Founder and President of Coolspeak.com, an Internet-based unified global communication software company. There she successfully launched the company's flagship product, an Internet-based integrated messaging suite; established a community of thousands of users worldwide; and managed the acquisition by SunCorp Technologies, Ltd. of Hong Kong. Before CoolSpeak.com, Andréa Skov was President of Webmaster, Inc., an Internet communication software developer and distributor, where she directed operations and drafted the business plan and profit strategies. Earlier, as Vice President of Marketing for ICVERIFY, Inc., she authored the business plan, assisted in securing venture capital investment, and grew the company for acquisition by Cybercash. She also served as Director of the Video Wall Division, for RasterOps Corporation and as Managing Partner in her own PC application software company.
