With Always-On IT, Ongoing Operations monitors and maintains the software 24X7 giving you the peace of mind you need for your business continuity planning. Our comprehensive remote IT management of your appliance offers a major economic and operational benefit to your company.
Ongoing Operations assures that both the redundant components and the full appliance hardware are always operational. This service provides a replacement of hot swappable disk drives and power supplies in the event of failure. The Ongoing Operations Network Operations Center notifies the appliance administrator and sends the replacement hardware for delivery within 24 hours.
